Q) I have ordered 301 Nuke. Where is my license key?

A) If you have ordered 301 Nuke you should have received 2 emails. One from JVzoo and the other directly from us. It is the email from us that will contain your license key. If you haven't received it then please check your SPAM folder otherwise drop us an email and we will fix this for you.

Q) I keep getting 'Database corrupt' within the System log window?

A) Quickest way to fix this is uninstalling 301 Nuke and then reinstalling from the setup.exe file.

Q) Why am I am receiving a 'License exceeded' error?

A) You can install and use 301 Nuke on up to 3 devices. You will receive this error when you exceed this limit. You can reset your license count at the web address below. You will need your license info to do this. If you cannot remember your license information you can find it in the license.lic file within your 301 Nuke folder. Open this in Notepad.
